THIS property in Kent is on sale for just £50,000 – but it’s a former toilet block.
The graffiti-covered building, which is up for auction in Tonbridge, Kent, has no bedrooms or bathrooms.
It doesn’t have much room for living in but the disused WC could be converted into a dwelling of the buyer’s choice.
There is also no onward chain of buyers to send negotiations down the pan – which some might find attractive.
The detached brick building sits on 0.13 acre plot close to the roundabout junction of The Ridgeway and Shipbourne Road in Tonbridge, Kent.
Auctioneer John Stockey said of the now-closed loo block: “There might be other uses the land can be put to, but any changes would require the necessary planning consent to be obtained.
“The brick building has a tiled roof and is close to the edge of the road.
“We anticipate that investors will be interested.”
The toilets are listed as Lot 39 in a forthcoming online property auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
