Meghan Markle looked the picture of elegance in an all-white ensemble while husband Prince Harry provided the perfect contrast in head-to-toe black as they posed on the cover of Time magazine.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who made it in the publication’s 2021 list of the 100 most influential people on the planet, put on a stylish display as they posed on a terrace at their $14.65million mansion, having been styled by celebrity stylists Clare and Nina Hallwroth, who have recently dressed Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston,

The mother-of-two opted for a collared white shirt and tailored trousers, with Prince Harry resting on her shoulder behind donning a black shirt and coordinating trousers.

Speaking exclusively to FEMAIL, fashion stylish Rochelle White commented: ‘The contrast of black and white fashion is seen and perceived as a signal of humility. It is a timeless colour palette and has been a staple in fashion.’

‘Meghan and Harry appear to be showing their influencer status by wearing this and contrasting with each other. It also shows that they are in sync and are with each other in love and support.’

She continued: ‘Their choices are saying a lot without saying anything. I feel that all of this is a symbol of their growth and evolvement over the past few years and their fashion is saying it without them having to.’

In another image, they can be seen in green smiling at each other and holding hands while walking through their estate in Montecito, California.

While Meghan, who wore her hair tied back in a loose ponytail, put on a casual display as she walked along with her hand in the pocket of her grey tailored trousers, which were paired with a green rollneck and moss-coloured coat.

Meanwhile, the duke opted for a coordinating outfit to complement his wife which featured a crisp white shirt, smart trousers and a tailored blazer.

And according to Rochelle, not only is the Autumnal colour palette of green shades seen as ‘chic,’ it is also ‘versatile and could mean peace, growth and balance.’

She added: ‘Since leave the UK and living in the US, this is what Meghan and Harry have gained. I think this is a show of how they have evolved and grown.’
