Multiple casualties have been reported after a mass shooting during Lunar New Year celebrations in the US.
Unconfirmed accounts indicate at least 10 people have been shot in Monterey Park, east of Los Angeles.
Video on social media shows the wounded being stretchered away as police lock down the area.
